All conference and meeting rooms at Lincoln Downs hotel Batemans Bay have a lovely ambiance with plenty of natural light and large windows and/or French doors overlooking our private lake and gardens. The Terrace Lounge opens onto a large terrace, providing a great place for your group to mix and chat during morning and afternoon tea breaks, as well as plenty of breakout areas.

Amazing wildlife, scenery, hospitable clubhouses, and very affordable

In the tradition of days gone past, The Coast continues to provide inspirational art and design through its many fine galleries and studios that invite you to view and buy paintings, sculptures, woodworks, textiles, ceramics and pottery, and in particular, the Indigenous art of the region. 
Fantastic fishing The south coast between Batemans Bay and Narooma is well known as a generous (which means lots of people catch lots of fish) fishing destination, but it’s become even better since being designated as the Batemans Marine Park. Now the breeding grounds, like the sponge gardens, kelp beds, mangroves, and seagrass habitats have been protected, while still leaving over 80% of the Park available for recreational fishing 
Take a walk on the wild side Where else in Australia can you go for a long bush or rainforest walk and encounter birds, wallabies, kangaroos, possums, bandicoots, the rare tiger quoll, owls.. the list goes on. The area is home to some amazing National Parks and State Forsts
